To address this, the Wealth and Work Futures Lab is uniting employers, policymakers, practitioners, and communities to build dynamic ecosystems that learn, act, and grow together in pursuit of well-being. Through research, collaboration, and practice, the Lab is working to transform how economic mobility is framed and fostered in Philadelphia and beyond.
Our work bridges human development, organizational culture, and change management, blending hands-on practice with collaborative design. Whether it's prioritizing holistic well-being, leveraging digital tools to create new career pathways, or addressing barriers to wealth generation in rural and metropolitan areas, we're shaping an economic future that puts people first.

We're a team of researchers, strategists, human-centered designers and community builders that are passionate about evolving how we center humanity in the future of work and wealth. Based at Drexel University's Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation, we create spaces where various voices and rapid learning fuel innovative solutions that build and expand ecosystems of opportunity.
